All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include 15% VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment must be made in full before any order is processed or shipped. We use secure third-party payment gateways to protect your personal and payment information.

4. Orders & Shipping

All orders must be placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) for same-day dispatch.
Our courier collects at 3:00 PM daily.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Nebula & Co. is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused once the parcel has been handed to the courier.
However, we will assist to the best of our ability in tracing or resolving any courier-related issues.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with your order number and photos for review.
Approved refunds (for damaged or incorrect items only) will be processed within 5–10 working days.
