At Nebula & Co., we aim to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers.
Shipping Options: South Africa:
We currently offer two shipping options for your convenience:

Economy Shipping: 2–5 working days

Overnight Shipping: 1–3 working days
All nationwide orders are shipped via The Courier Guy.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location and courier performance.
Shipping Options: All other Countries:
We’re excited to offer international shipping for our global clients.
All international orders are shipped via trusted courier partners such as DHL Express to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Delivery:
Delivery takes between 3–9 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs will be confirmed after your order is placed, once we have received a quotation.
Tracking:
Tracking information will be shared via email once it has been provided by the courier.
Minimum Order Requirement:
A minimum order value of R2000 applies to all international orders.

Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer
Order Processing:
All orders must be placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) to qualify for same-day dispatch.
Our courier collects parcels daily at 3:00 PM.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM or over weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Courier Responsibility
Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, Nebula & Co. is not liable for any loss, delay, or damage that may occur during transit.
However, we will assist you to the best of our ability in locating or resolving issues with any lost or delayed parcels.
Delivery Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, courier backlogs, or public holidays). Nebula & Co. cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
