1. No Refunds on Opened or Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any opened, used, or tampered products, including adhesives, lash trays, and beauty supplies.
2. Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

3. Courier-Related Issues
Nebula & Co. is not liable for any damage, loss, or delays caused by the courier once your order has left our premises. However, we will assist to the best of our ability in helping to locate or resolve a courier-related claim.
4. Change of Mind
We unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrectly selected products. Please ensure you review your order carefully before checkout.
5. Refund Processing (If Approved)
If a refund is approved (for example, due to a verified product defect or incorrect item), it will be processed via your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
