Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items that have been opened, used, or tampered with, including adhesives, lash trays, and beauty supplies.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing [your email address].Include your order number, clear photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue. Once reviewed, we will assist in arranging a replacement or an appropriate resolution.
