Shipping Options
We currently offer two delivery options:
Economy Shipping: 2–5 working days
Overnight Shipping: 1–3 working days
All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier’s schedule.
Order Processing
Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) to qualify for same-day dispatch. Our courier collects parcels daily at 3:00 PM. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Courier Responsibility
Once a parcel has been collected by the courier, Nebula & Co. will not be held liable for any loss, delay, or damage that may occur during transit. However, our team will assist and help trace any lost parcels to the best of our ability.
Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier backlogs. While we do our best to avoid disruptions, Nebula & Co. cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
